Krishnavalsam Regency Hotel - Guruvayur

I was really frustrated with the communication at the reception. Despite paying my advance and showing the receipt, they sprung unexpected tax charges on my family during checkout, making it super awkward for them. It was unprofessional and insulting!

Tidy hotel with a very caring and respectful staff and a good breakfast. Perfect location to shrine. Also - adjacent to the restaurant, the temple, cleanliness and friendly staff and Kerala. My favourite property in Guruvayur.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The elderly gentleman at the front desk was helpful, making check-in a breeze. The spacious walkways and well-functioning AC added to our comfort. We appreciated the friendly staff and diverse breakfast options, despite a minor hiccup with service. Its close proximity to the temple and the well-lit surroundings made our evening strolls safe and enjoyable.

The breakfast was good, the check in was early. The a double room was beautifully maintained, included climate control, multi-channel TV, coffee and tea making facilities. The staff was amiable, provided great services and helped with free parking. Location: the hotel was short walk to temple.

The room was spacious and clean, though the sofa could use attention. Breakfast had limited options but was decent; the dining area felt cramped during peak times. it was a comfortable stay with courteous staff.

The hotel is super close to the temple, just a quick walk! I loved being able to head over for darshan whenever I wanted. The amenities were decent, and the staff was really helpful, even allowing an early check-in, which was a nice touch!

On the downside, the room service could use some work, as it was sometimes unresponsive. We experienced a few hiccups, like missing towels and some cleanliness issues. Plus, for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of food quality and overall service.

The really good location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions like the Venkitachalapathy Temple just over 500 meters away and the beautiful Rudratheertham, only a short stroll of about 300 meters, allowing me to immerse myself in the city's culture and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Fantastic location with spacious rooms, a cordial reception, and excellent food options. Hot water facilities and a calm ambiance genuinely enhance the stay.

Some staff members need training in customer service, and cleanliness could be improved in certain areas.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the temple. The room itself was quite basic but functional for what we needed. The restaurant had a decent breakfast, but the overall dining experience could use some improvements in cleanliness. Management should consider being more attentive to customer relations, as it felt like they were indifferent to our concerns during our stay.

I appreciated the supportive staff who even helped me with some printouts I needed for the temple. the breakfast options were fantastic, and I enjoyed lounging in the spacious walkways, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
